are pleased to offer Real Food Company Cooking Classes with Chef Su-Wun
Harris. Hands-on classes will take place in the Real Food Company
kitchen at our Fillmore location. Chef Harris is a graduate of the
Culinary Institute of America and has cooked her way around the world.
At Real Food Company, she will show you how to make delicious recipes in
a relaxed and congenial atmosphere. You can participate as much or as
little as you like, and you will always leave with a full stomach. Our
classes give you the chance to try new recipes and taste different
ingredients under the guidance of a professional chef. Menus highlight
local, seasonal ingredients, healthy preparation, and flavors from

The single most important skill in the kitchen is knife handling, yet many people have never mastered proper
technique. In knife Skills, you’ll slice and dice, and mince in the safest and most efficient manner. This class is a precursor to the Cooking Techniques Series. $40 class fee.

We are blessed with beautiful fruit in the fall. Learn how to make beautiful pies. We will make all-butter flaky crusts and fill it with a variety of ingredients like blackberries and stone fruit.

Learn to Cook like a Chef. Over
three evenings, you will build on the skills you learned in Knife Skills. You will practice advanced knife skills, break down a chicken, make stock, saute, braise, poach and prepare sauces. $100 class fee

Enjoy the clean flavors of Japanese cuisine. Recipes are healthy and easy to prepare at home. We will make maki rolls, udon noodles with sides
and Miso crusted black cod. $45 class fee
Thanksgiving Dinner Sunday November 14th 10am - 12pm
Feeding the guests? Here’s your chance for a practice run. We’ll show you how to carve a turkey
and make all the sides. $45 class fee.
Decorating Cookies with Royal Icing Friday Decemeber 10th 6pm - 8pm
Learn to pipe and flood cookies to make dazzling designs that are too pretty to eat. Cookies decorated
with royal icing are perfect for any occasion. Please bring a number 2 and 4 tip and two couplers. $45 class fee.
